Deniz in the Green Deelightz home kitchen

Everything begins in our home kitchen with family recipes, organic ingredients, and the goal of filling Bay Area tables with nourishing flavor. We treat every jar like something we’d serve our own kids.

Green Deelightz honors my Turkish roots (the name nods to Turkish delight) and the warm, handmade meals my own mother taught me. Each spread blends tradition with bright, local produce, so every bite feels celebratory yet grounded.

We work with a family farm for our chickpeas, source tahini from a woman-owned organization, and rotate herbs with the seasons. Small-batch production means we taste, adjust, and label every container by hand before it leaves our kitchen.

As a parent, I know how important quick, nourishing food feels on busy days — especially when kids want something tasty and comforting. Watching my daughter dig into our hummus inspires me to keep sharing these flavors with the community.
